Lowland's White Astilbe

This early blooming shade perennial features full, creamy white plumes brushed with pale green, held above a tidy mound of finely divided dark foliage. It thrives in moisture-retentive soil and partial shade but shows impressive tolerance for heat and dry spells once established. Excellent planted in drifts to brighten up shady beds or borders, and just as appealing in a vase—fresh or dried.
